Hellgrammite Larva and Stonefly Nymph Fly Fishing Video

This video takes a look at a hellgrammite larva as well as a stonefly nymph.  These are some of the largest aquatic insects in Ontario.

That Hellgrammite Larva was very large and colorful.

Nice Stonefly nymph too! He sure gets riled up when you touch him with a stick.
